১. প্রতিবেদনে যা যা থাকতে পারে-
খ) এর ফলে জনগনের ভোগান্তি বা ক্ষয়ক্ষতি
গ) সম্ভাব্য সমাধান
ঘ) যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ
২. প্যাসেজ এ নেই এমন কিছু বাড়তি তথ্য দেওয়া যেতে পারে।
৩. প্রথম প্যারায় Summery আকারে একটি ভূমিকা থাকতে পারে।
দ্বিতীয় প্যারায় সংশ্লিষ্ঠ/ব্যক্তি বর্গের (ভালো কাজের ক্ষেত্রে) প্রশংসনীয় উদ্যোগের কথা, পরের অনুচ্ছেদগুলোতে বর্ণনা থাকবে
4. জনগণ হিসাবে On behalf of দিয়ে শুরু করা যেতে পারে
প্রথমে সমস্যাগুলোকে এক দুই করে প্রশ্ন পত্রেই দাগিয়ে নিতে হবে। প্রতিবেদনের শুরুতে সেগুলো লিখে নিচের দিকে একে একে সমাধানের উপায় লিখতে হবে।
স্থানীয় জনপ্রতিনিধিগণ(TNO/UNO, DC, Chairman, MP) কোন ব্যবস্থা নিয়েছেন কিনা তা শেষে লিখে – না নিলে সরকার কে নেওয়ার জন্য আবেদন করা যেতে পারে
