সাপটা(SAPTA)

The Agreement on SAARC Preferential trading Arrangement (SAPTA) (২৪তম বিসিএস প্রিলিমিনারি) was signed on 11 April 1993 (২১তম বিসিএস প্রিলিমিনারি) and entered into force on 7 December 1995, with the desire of the Member States of SAARC (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Afghanistan and the Maldives) to promote and sustain mutual trade and economic cooperation within the SAARC region through the exchange of concessions(বিশেষ অধিকার বা সুবিধা ছার, আলোচনার পর কোন জিনিস স্বীকার বা মেনে নেওয়া).
